Can I freeze my membership? +
Yes — Monthly members can freeze 1 week per month, and Annual members can freeze up to 4 weeks per year. Just message us on WhatsApp and we'll pause your access. No fees, no questions.
Do you have ladies-only hours? +
Yes. Ladies-only hours are Saturday–Tuesday 10AM–1PM (coached by Sara) and Friday 8AM–12PM. During these times the main floor is reserved for women only, with privacy film on the windows.
Is there a joining fee? +
No joining fee. You pay only your first month (Monthly) or first year (Annual). Day Pass is pay-as-you-go. We don't believe in hidden fees.
Can I cancel anytime? +
Monthly members can cancel with 30 days notice — just WhatsApp us. Annual memberships are non-refundable but are transferable, so if you relocate you can pass the remaining months to a friend.
Do you offer student discounts? +
Yes — 15% off Monthly with a valid student ID from any UAE university. Show your ID at reception on your first visit and we'll apply the discount for the life of your membership.
